On Thursday, August 15, 7pm, join us for a free-wheeling dramatic presentation of debt, drawing from the book of Leviticus, Deuteronomy, Margaret Atwood’s Payback, debtors prisons, the teachings of Jesus, and the stories of people suffering under the burden of debt today. The event is free; free will donations will be shared between Rolling Jubilee, an initiative to buy medical debt, and the Faith Voices on Justice speakers’ fund.
